  • Nature and content condition and value of the consignment are unknown to Super Transport Services.
  • The company shall not be responsible if goods are detained seized confiscated By Government Authorities.
  • The company doesn't take any responsibility for Leakage shortages breakages spoilage by sun rain and weather. the sender is responsible for proper packaging.
  • Fresh fruits are carried at the absolute risk of sender as they are apt to be spoiled on the way.
  • The company will send the goods at the earliest possible opportunity in one lot or in path according to their convenience.
  • The goods will be delivered at the destination in the company's godown only unless settle otherwise in writing.
  • The company will be delivered to the consignee against full charge of the octroi and freight etc.

  • The delivery will have or goods will have to be taken within 10 days after its arrival at the destination failing with the sum of 1 per quality a day demurrage or 5 Rs. per package will be charged.
  • The minimum charge for any single consignment is for 40 kgs.
  • If there be any claim on account of this Goods receipt the same shall have to be made within 30 days failing with the same will be considered as null and void.
  • The company takes absolutely no responsibility for delay on loss in transit due to accident Strike for any other cause beyond its control and due to break down of vehicle enroute and of the consequence thereof.
  • When the delivery is given again this receipt no claim will be entertained after that.
  • If the octroi or custom official assess the goods wrongly the company will not be responsible for the fault and the claims if any, shall be made on such item for the octroi and sales tax authorities themselves by the Sander or consignee as the case may be.
  • If any difference between found out in actual weight as compared with the GR and the goods Itself the company with recover full charges at the destination for actual with found plus 25% extra.
  • If the goods of GR do not arrive at the destination within a month the sender should serve the company with a registered notice otherwise the company will not be responsible for the claim after that on any account.
  • If the consignee doesn't take delivery of goods within 3 months the company in the Reserve the right of selling the good in public action and the sender will be responsible for the arrears due to company after deduction of the sale proceeds of goods.
  • The company doesn't hold any responsibility for any kind of loss of the goods which are not insured.
  • If the owner of the goods desire to insure the goods against the accident the company can make such insurance with the additional charges which will be mentioned on the GR.
  • Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to goods booked under the receipt caused due to riot and civil commotion.
  • By the chance and my loaded truck catches fire, the company shall not be responsible for that.
  • Company reserve the right to deliver the goods without GR to party if his name is mentioned in the consignor column.
  • All disputes will be settled at Kanpur only.
  • Receive goods specified overleaf and in proper condition.
